1) Posts: 4x6 or 6x6 pressure-treated posts — selected based on preference, layout, soil type, and wind exposure.
2) Spacing: 7–8 ft post runs (customized for layout and ground slope).
3) Rails: 2x6 top and bottom rails for structural strength.
4) Support Brace: 2x4 middle brace prevents pickets from bowing or twisting after installation.
5) Pickets: 1x6 pressure-treated installed tight and leveled.
6) Footings: All posts set in concrete, levelled by laser for consistent height and alignment.
7) Fasteners: Galvanized or coated screws and nails to eliminate corrosion streaks.
8) Finish: Clean caps, gate framing, and optional hardware upgrades (black powder-coated or concealed hinges).
